Course Description
Welcome to 8B English Language Arts! I am looking forward to an awesome and fun-filled school year!

Classroom Rules
I will hold students accountable for following any and all 8B mini school rules (which are outlined in the mini school letter that was sent home via students on the second day of school---please also find it attached below). Students will also be expected to uphold any and all rules outlined in the Siegel Middle School handbook, both within and outside of my classroom. Should students fail to comply with any of these rules, the appropriate consequential actions will be taken.
Classroom Procedures
I am responsible for teaching, but students are responsible for their own learning; this includes turning in all assignments on time. Should a student miss a class for any reason---excused and unexcused---they are responsible for grabbing any work/tests/quizzes that they missed and are to visit my SMS webpage for any available PowerPoints.
