Eligibility
Siegel Middle School students must have the following to try out:
- Physical
- Golf Clubs (Students must bring their own golf clubs. Golf clubs will not be provided.)
- All of the health forms and required forms on the county athletic website
- Must have transportation home from try outs.
- Students must come in appropriate golf apparel.
- Girls should wear a skirt/skort, shorts, or khaki slacks (or any color slacks) and a collared shirt. NO BLUE JEANS!
- Boys should wear shorts or slacks and a collared shirt. NO BLUE JEANS!
- Golf shoes are not a requirement. Do not wear baseball/football/soccer cleats. If you don't have golf shoes, tennis shoes are fine.
- No metal spikes
Dragonfly instructions
When all paperwork is completed, students need to provide Coach Pruitt with a paper copy. Also, students need to upload all paperwork to DragonFly.
