Volleyball, badminton, speed ball, basketball, pickle ball, flag football, golf, floor hockey, gymnastics, and disc golf.
Our class will also have "Fitness Fridays" that cover the 4 Health- related fitness components. This allows our students to practice many different fitness activities like Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Strength Training, Dance, and Kickboxing.
All of students are not just active physically but also mentally. Our lessons use physical, cognitive, and affective domains of learning by working on individual and team skills. We hope these skills transfer to the classroom now and to their future, active lives!
Attached below are two test grades. If a student was absent or lost their copy, you can download and print these items.
