Appropriate Shoes
Deodorant (No Sprays/Perfumes)
 
 Our 9-week class will be spent on introducing the fitness components to our students and covering the Fitness standards set by our state department. Our students will complete a pre-test the first two weeks covering various fitness components and then compare their growth with a post test of the same activities their last week of the quarter.
 
Our goal is not for our students to compare their results to their peers but only to their selves/pre-test. 
 
Throughout the quarter: nutrition, muscular systems, and skeletal systems will be discussed as well.

Hey! My name is Robert Brock Taylor III. I am starting my 11th year in education and first at Siegel Middle School. I received my bachelor's and master's degrees from MTSU and my Education Specialist degree from ASU. I look forward to getting to know everyone in the Siegel community!
