Physical Education 
Physical Education is an essential component of education that focuses on physical activities and exercises. In this class my aim is to promote physical fitness, healthy living, and overall well-being. Physical education programs typically include a variety of activities such as sports, games, gymnastics, dance, and outdoor adventures.
Physical Education 2023-2024 Units: Volleyball, badminton, soccer, speed ball, basketball, pickle ball, flag football, golf, floor hockey, gymnastics, and disc golf.
In addition to promoting physical health, physical education also contributes to the development of important life skills such as teamwork, leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
Our lessons focus on the psychomotor, cognitive, and affective learning domains. By using our physical education curriculum models, we hope these skills continue to play a vital role in fostering healthy habits and lifestyles among children and adolescents.
Our class will have "Workout Wednesdays" & "Fitness Fridays" that covers the four Health-Related Fitness Components.
