A football interest meeting will be held tomorrow,Tuesday, March 10th, after school in the gym.  If you are interested in playing for the football program, please make arrangements to attend the meeting.  All students attending will need to leave at all remaining. The meeting will be from 3:15-3:45. Please have your parents pick you up in the back parking lot by the gym. This meeting is for rising 7th and 8th graders.  Any questions, please see Coach Dockery!

Football cheer tryout packets are due to Coach Conner by Wednesday, March 18th at 3:00 pm. Please see Coach Conner in Guidance if you have any questions.

Rutherford County Schools is hosting a College and Career Night on Tuesday, March 10th, from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm at Lane Agri-Park.  This event is open to all students in all grades.  There will be representatives from lots of colleges ready to answer questions about colleges, majors and career pathways.  8th graders who are interested in the Work Ethic Distinction designation will receive points for attending and providing proof of attendance.  Stop by guidance for a flyer, if you are interested.

We have a student council meeting this Wednesday, March 11th, from 3:15 pm to 4:30 pm in the library.  All members need to attend.

If you are in 8th grade and want to participate with high school percussion/band, come to high school percussion try outs!  No experience is needed.  See the flyer posted around school for more info.  The first clinic is March 24th at Sigel High School.
