Siegel Middle Bowling
Tryouts are on Monday, January 27th at 4, and Thursday, January 30th at 4 at the Smyrna Bowling Center (95 Weakley Ln, Smyrna, TN 37167). The front desk will have a list of Siegel's assigned lanes.
The participation fee this year is $115. You will not be able to pay this fee at the bowling alley, but I will add your name to the SchoolCashOnline Roster (SchoolCashOnline.com: Welcome) after tryouts on Monday and Tuesday. Otherwise, check the FAQ sheet for other methods of payment, which can be given to me through your child's homeroom teacher.
Participants MUST complete and submit the clubs and activities form before the first practice (found below).
Participants MUST complete county athletics requirements (including sports physical*) found here. Final Forms (FinalForms: Boost Compliance & Safety) is the platform we use for parents to upload their athlete's documents.
*this is different from your kiddo's yearly physical with their pediatrician
