Jazz Cavies Students- be sure to use MakeMusic Cloud to look at another tune during the break. 'Sideways Walking Dog' written by Zachary Smith. We will get to this tune later in the year!
There will be a morning rhythm section rehearsal on Wednesday, December 18th for rhythm section members only (piano, bass, all percussionists.)
If you are a listed member of Jazz Cavies, please complete this link! Be sure to answer this for the remainder of the school year. If you think any time conflict requires an explanation, please let me know in the form.

Congratulations to those who completed their auditions for Jazz Cavies! Results have been posted on this webpage above. Rehearsal schedule, ensemble music, and Jazz Cavies contract will be sent home soon once the dates have been confirmed and all materials are reviewed. Please contact Mr. Ford if there are any questions.
An updated Jazz Cavies roster has been attached as of 10/30/24. Contracts will be sent home this following week
2024-2025 Jazz Cavies
Siegel Middle School Jazz Cavies auditions will be help during the mornings between 9/23/24 to 10/4/24. Please bring your music and play to the best of your ability! If you are not registered for the jazz cavies audition on the sign up, please make sure you fill out the sheet on the announcements board in the band room.
Audition music is available in the band room on the top shelf of the dresser near the door. Please contact Mr. Ford if there are any questions concerning the audition music!
Results for the 2024-2025 SMS Jazz Cavies will be posted on the website towards the end of fall break, which will be between 10/7/24 to 10/11/24.
Upon completion of the audition process, a SMS Jazz Cavies contract will be issued to every participating member.
