2024- 2025 Tryout Information

TRYOUTS will be as follows for 2024-2025 season:  July 15, 16, 17.  Parent meeting will be July 18 at 5:00pm in the school cafeteria.

Tryouts will begin each day at 5:00pm at Siegel Middle Baseball field and will depend on the weather.

In order to participate in tryouts, players must have a physical, insurance, and proof of residence form completed. These forms can be found on the school website and the TSSAA website, or click the following link:

• Athletic Participation Packet
• This information must be uploaded to FINALFORMS prior to tryouts.
• Go to: https://rutherford-tn.finalforms.com/
• Locate the parent icon and click NEW ACCOUNT.
• Type your YOUR NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, AND EMAIL. Next, click REGISTER.
• Check your email for an ACCOUNT CONFIRMATION EMAIL from the FinalForms Mailman.
• Create your new FinalForms password. Next, click CONFIRM ACCOUNT.
• Click REGISTER STUDENT for your first child.
• Locate and click the ADD STUDENT button. 
• Type in the LEGAL NAME and other required information. Then click CREATE STUDENT.
• Complete each form and sign your full name in the parent signature field on each page.
• After signing each, click SUBMIT FORM and move on to the next form.
• When all forms are complete, you will see a 'Forms Finished' message.
